Tangle Pull
Privacy Policy

Updated 21 September 2026 · iOS version 1.0.0 (3) and later versions with the same data practices.

PocketLoom Games develops Tangle Pull (com.pocketloom.tanglepull). Contact us at main@pocketloom.games about this policy or your privacy choices.

Progress on your device

The game saves levels, collection items, booster charges and settings on your device. It does not provide a game account or its own cloud-save service. Apple may include app data in backups according to your device settings. Deleting the app removes its local data; restoring an OS backup may restore it.

Gameplay analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand level difficulty and use of game features. Events include level starts and outcomes, merges, collection actions, tutorials, screen visits and advertising interactions. Events use installation-scoped identifiers; Google also processes technical app/device information. Gameplay analytics is initialized and collected only while Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission is authorized for the game and you have not turned analytics off in the game. If the permission is undecided, denied, restricted or cannot be confirmed, gameplay analytics stays off, the analytics SDK is not started and nothing is stored for later sending. Refusing does not limit the game. The game re-checks the permission every time it starts or returns to the foreground; withdrawing it in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking stops collection. With the permission granted, you can still turn analytics off or on with the Game analytics switch in Settings; this switch cannot override a refusal made in iOS. A choice to refuse analytics saved by an earlier version is kept. These choices are separate from advertising consent. We rely on your permission for this optional gameplay analytics.

Turning analytics off stops future gameplay analytics collection and sending, clears unsent game events and resets the Firebase Analytics data stored on your device. It does not automatically delete data already processed by Google. You can contact us about a deletion request.

The iOS Firebase configuration does not include IDFA support and disables IDFV collection and analytics advertising signals. This does not make all analytics anonymous. The app does not include Firebase Crashlytics.

Advertising and privacy choices

Google AdMob provides optional rewarded advertisements and interstitials. Its SDK may process installation/device identifiers, advertising and interaction data, diagnostics and approximate region derived from IP address. Google UMP manages applicable advertising privacy choices. Where available, you can reopen advertising privacy options from the game's Settings. The game asks for tracking permission only through Apple’s system ATT dialog, shown on the first screen shortly after launch when iOS allows a request and no decision has been made; we do not use our own dialog as a substitute. You can choose Allow or Ask App Not to Track without limiting gameplay or the availability of ads. With your permission, Google AdMob can access Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA) for delivering and measuring advertisements, which can include linking activity with data from other companies’ apps or websites. If permission is denied or restricted, AdMob does not receive IDFA; advertisements continue in the mode allowed by your advertising privacy choices, and app-instance or vendor-scoped identifiers may still be processed as described above. Google’s regional advertising privacy choices (UMP) remain a separate mechanism.

Test advertisements also use advertising SDK services and may involve data processing. Read Google's partner information and privacy policy.

Other information

The app does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location. It has no account, chat, user uploads or in-app purchases. If you contact support by email, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond.

The game checks Apple's public service for available updates. This sends the app identifier and storefront/country information through a network connection. Opening the App Store is your choice and saves progress first.

Providers, retention and requests

Google processes analytics, advertising and consent data under the settings of those services and its applicable terms. Service data may be processed outside your country, including the United States. Analytics retention is controlled by Google Analytics retention settings; aggregated reports may be retained longer. Advertising and consent data follow Google's applicable retention policies. We do not operate a separate advertising-data database. We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. See Firebase privacy information.

Contact main@pocketloom.games to ask about access, correction or deletion of data, or to exercise rights to restrict, object to or receive a copy of your data where those rights apply. You may withdraw analytics permission in the game’s Settings or in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. EEA/UK residents may also complain to their local data protection authority. We may need information that identifies the relevant app installation to locate records. Do not send us passwords or payment information.

The game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and above, not specifically for children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data. We will update this policy when the app's data practices change.
